From Father Iain, All Saints Chiang Mai

All together on Christmas Morning
Dear Friends,
Thanks to Mark Crawford for leading the worship last Sunday and to all those involved. I hear all went will once someone arrived with the key! I shall be back this Sunday after a much needed break.
In this week’s epistle, Paul reminds us that we are all one body, and then in the Gospel reading Jesus declares his mission to release the captives and preach good news to the poor! That is who we are – the body of Christ – one people called to build God’s kingdom and declare God’s love!
Our readings will be Nehemiah 8:1-8, 1 Corinthians 12:12-31, and Luke 4:14-21, and we will be singing the hymns O Worship the King, Called as Partners in Christ’s Service, One Bread One Body, and Lord Jesus Christ (Living Lord)!
Deacon Gene
Gene will be back with us next Thursday for a short visit! It will be wonderful to have him back!
Meanwhile, here are three great chances to hear him preach:

Past services and sermons, including our Christmas Eve and Christmas Day worship, can be viewed via the All Saints audio-visual page! If you don’t know the way to All Saints, directions can be found on the Where and When page.
Most people get to hear about us via the internet or by word of mouth, so please feel free to pass on this email to others.
All are welcome to join us as we share the presence of the risen Jesus in our lives! We hope to see you soon and that you will enjoy worshipping with us,
God bless,
Iain
