Praise to God – the Christ has Come!
Dear Friends,
Christmas is here! It’s wonderful to be able to celebrate with my Chiang Mai church family this year – we have over thirty people signed up for Christmas lunch – last year mum and I were alone!
The message of Christmas remains the same however – whether we are alone or part of a great multitude – God is with us! We see Jesus, Immanuel, come to earth to reconcile us to God and one another – this is good news indeed!
So Merry Christmas – one and all!
Our Christmas worship will take place with Midnight Mass at 11:30 p.m. on Christmas Eve and our Christmas Morning Family Eucharist at 10:30 a.m. on Christmas Day. The bible readings will be from Isaiah 9:2-7 and Luke 2:1-20, and we will be singing the hymns O Come All Ye Faithful, Angels We have Heard on High, O Little Town of Bethlehem, Joy to the World, Angels from the Realms of Glory, It Came Upon a Midnight Clear, Silent Night, and Hark! The Herald Angels Sing!

This will include turkey, ham, Christmas pudding, and all the trimmings! We need people to sign-up to indicate they will be coming so we can make sure there will be enough food! If you haven’t signed up you are still welcome – no one should be alone at Christmas – but let us know you are coming!
Maureen’s 80th Birthday
My mum turns eighty on 27th December! Everyone from All Saints is invited to lunch at Café de Oasis at 1 p.m. on the 27th! Just email me on iain@AllSaintsChiangMai.com if you are coming. You will need to order your food in advance from their menu and let me know what you would like to eat. Café de Oasis Menu!
Christmas at the Youth Charity Foundation
On Thursday 30th December we will travel out to YCF to celebrate Christmas together and give the children their Christmas presents. We will share dinner together at 5:30 p.m. and this will be followed by a Christmas celebration!
No Chili Night on 28th December
