Dear Friends,
All hail the power of Jesus name! In this week’s Gospel reading we see Jesus calming the storm. The disciples are amazed: “Even the wind and waves obey him!” Do we underestimate the power of Jesus? Find out more about what this can mean for our lives as Helga preaches this Sunday.

Our scripture readings for the Third Sunday after Trinity will be from 1 Samuel 17:1-49, 2 Corinthians 6:1-13, and Mark 4:35-41, and we will be singing the hymns Praise to the Lord the Almighty, Lord Jesus Christ, Lord I lift your name on high, and When in our Music God is Glorified!
It’s wonderful that we can again be together in person and share the good news that Christ is risen and that God’s love for us, and the world, never ends!
People to Pray for…
Please continue to pray for Bill Moeller and Warren Funnell. Bill has been diagnosed with liver cancer and was moved to Dok Kaew Gardens at McKean Hospital for palliative care on Wednesday. He is in particular need of our prayers at this time. Please pass on any messages you have for Bill via Gene, Mark, Chris, or me.
Also, please pray for those older people in our congregation who are feeling shut-in and isolated as they stay home because of the increase in Covid-19 in Chiang Mai.
Potluck and Choir
Our wonderful choristers will be singing in church this week and again on 4th July and we will be have a special potluck on 4th July! See Phyllis about what to bring!
Moving House
I will be moving house of Thursday 1st July. If you’d like to offer help or even just moral support then let me know! Pizza and drinks will be provided!
My new house is in the Doi Ing mooban on the Canal Road between Huay Kaew and the International Convention Center. It should be a great venue for future potlucks, and other church events, too! Still only 15 minutes from church!
My mum will arrive in August!
Wednesday Lunch
Our weekly lunch at the Gymkhana Club will continue next Wednesday at midday under the trees. You don’t have to be a member and all are welcome!
Weekly Offering to All Saints
You can still donate in person or online. Thank you for your support and love for All Saints and all we are trying to do together. God has shown that he is mighty and we are in his hands!
